Varioptic will participate in fourthcoming conference on "Cameraphones – monetizing the mobile image", organized by Informa Telecoms & Media, the producers of the 3GSM World Congress, the world’s largest mobile event.
Etienne Paillard, Varioptic's CEO will present : Liquid lenses, a real breakthrough in optics that brings immediate advantage to cameraphone's design for Auto Focus (A/F) and Zoom with no moving parts: Principle of operation, performance, reliability, comparison to standard techniques, future trends.
The conference is to be held at London's Café Royal on 26-28 October 2005 and bring together mobile operators, messaging suppliers, handset vendor, platform providers, and members of the imaging ecosystem.
